Wonderfull fish. A few days ago we went for lunch, We enjoy grilled trout, and last Night went back order the trout again and le, escargot and We enjoined again the service and the ambiance are very good also.,,

Excelent. On St. Valantine Day My wife and sister in love went to Meson and We had very good time the lamb special was outstanding,the piano and the service was superior We recomment Meson at anytime. since 1995 Meson keep it good taste and style. This lovely restaurant moved from De Zavala to Hardy Oak and North1604 East, at Stone Oak Area.

We`re staying at a Hotel where, I usually stay, when We visit San Antonio, Was my wife,s Birthday, We asked to one the ladies that work at our hotel,s front desk for a nice restaurant and the attendant recommended Meson European Restaurant the one that is at N. Loop 1604 E. And Hardy Oak blvd. The restaurant was no that busy, thing that work well for us the food and service ware out standing, the price was very reasonable, food was very fresh and well prepared The owner find out about our special occasion and sent a dessert with candle. We are not of the kind that like

getting thing free, but he gesture are very appreciated and we left very good tip to the gentleman that was serving to us. Rec comment Meson to any body wanting to enjoy a nice meal.

We hear many things about meson, before we went to see a movie We was speaking with another couple we met and they recommended Meson.We desired to give it a try and We glad we did. The ceasar salad with Romanes heart, fresh garlic, anchovy filet, prepared table side was very nice and the riveted cut of beef served with the bernaise sauce on the side for $21.95 was big and very good they have a full bar with a large wine selection at a very good price. We will be back many time.

Best Restaurant ever. We have being going to Meson frequently after We discover and never we have a bad experience. We order the grilled New York cut of beef service with the bernaise on the side.

everything is great at Meson and they always get very high SCORE with their food inspection.

The food is old and dated. I got sick off the Béarnaise sauce that was served with my steak. The reason I know this is because that is the only thing I had that my husband did not. My husband tried to tell the management they might want to check their sauce and then the management immediately tried to blame me for eating too much. I only ate about 15 bites before I was sick. Today is Wednesday. We ate at Meson on Saturday night. Looking back, we should have left as soon as we arrived. Meson was totally empty when we walked in the door. There was not another table the entire time we were there. My husband is an Executive Chef and has been classically trained under a few well-known chefs. We should have known better. Watch out….don’t get sick yourself.

Excellent food, service, and ambiance!. My husband and I had a nice romantic dinner here a few days ago and I am still dreaming about the food we had. The chicken marsala and steak was cooked perfectly!! All side dishes complemented the main dishes quite well.

The service could not have been better. The entire waitstaff was very attentive, but never seemed to be hovering or bothersome either.

The atmosphere was gracefully refined and inviting. I can not wait to go back again!

Meson European Dining 923 N Loop 1604E San Antoniio, Tx 782. My family and I have been eating at Meson's for at least 16 years. The atmosphere is clean and very elegant. The food is G-R-E-A-T! Some of our favorite dishes are: Grilled Chicken, Grilled Trout, Grilled Salmon, Grilled Shrimp and Chicken Marco Polo. The pasta is the best in town. The hot buttered rolls are delicious. Deserts are generous portions. Our favorite deserts are chocolate cake, cream brulee and cheesecake topped w/ith homemade raspberry sauce. When out of town family members come, their first stop is to dine at Meson's. Over the years, I have purchased well over $3,000.00 in gift cards to share with my clients and friends the BEST kept secret in town. The owner, Martin Cuevas is very personable and has always come to our table to greet us.

They have the best steak and seafood in town!. I gave them 5 stars because my mouth is watering right now.

I came to San Antonio on a business trip from New York, and one of my colleagues recommended Meson, since I was craving Steak Diane. Well, I ended up going for a seafood plate, tempted by its name, "seafood aphrodisiac."

And I don't know if it actually elevated my libido, but it was one of the most delicious seafood pasta dishes I have ever tried. My friend ordered the steak, which smelled amazing and was cooked table side for us!

The ambiance is very relaxing, the decor doesnt necessarily represent today's european aesthetics. Its more classical looking. and the staff was very attemptive.

It is on the pricier side, but all the food was so fresh, and well cooked you get what you pay for.

Overall I had a great experience. If I get the chance to go back again, now I know where to go and eat.

Not Worth it!!!!!!!!!. It was like an episode out of Gordon Ramsey's Kitchen nightmares. It was up there with one of the worst dining experiences ever. The self seating and seeing 3 couples there on a Saturday night should have been an indication to reconsider my options. The menu is overpriced for the quality and quantity of food. The atmosphere was like a take back with the 80's music.The cart side salad service needs to be retired I was not impressed at all. The entrees were not worth the price I paid. The scallops where just battered and cooked in butter, as far as the lobster I've had better at red lobster. I could have gotten more for my money from Silo down the road. I not sure what the other reviewers where talking about I would not even give this place a second chance thought!!! don't waste your time or money.
