Its okay. I have never read the reviews on this location before but I though it was pretty hilarious when I did. The person who "got staph and pink eye from here" is an idiot. You aren't just going to randomly "get staph" from a tanning salon. That person probably gets staph anyway. I've tanned here on and of for the past 9 years. It would be cool if they did a little updating since there are some pretty cool new things to happen to tanning lately. But the staff isn't bad. I've been there when they were baaaad before. But what can you expect from a bunch of young girls? Its not the best place I've ever tanned at but I do keep coming back to them. Must be doing something right :)

it's not bad anymore. I have tanned here for awhile and I used to hate going because I knew that the employees were going to annoy me and harrass me everytime I tanned.There's a new group of employees now and they seem nicer and more helpful. Hopefully it keeps up this way because I don't dread tanning anymore!

nastiest, dirtiest place I've ever seen. overweight skanky mgr needs to grow up, i can understand why she is so bitter, i mean look at her, she's going nowhere in her life, come on she's a manager at Tanco, she has to push those sales because she probably needs that bonus check...all of us tanners need to contact corporate office and get the mgr at dezavala booted out...she is so rude and two face but then again she has nothing else to look forward to in life except gossiping about innocent tanners, she's just insecure about herself so she puts everyone else down to make herself look good, i can't believe she gets mad when people dont buy from her, who would be stupid enough to buy from her, shes an awful sales person, the key to sales is not to come across as a sales person and she is so pushy... she needs to get off of her fat you know what and clean the beds and goggles, but she was probably raised in a dirty home and doesnt care about cleanliness.

AVOID THIS PLACE!!. I GOT STAPH AND PINK-EYE IN LESS THAN 3 MONTHS OF TANNING HERE! not to mention the hounding to extend your contract every single time you walk in and out of this place. I have no idea how this place has so many locations. I guarantee if there are any good comments about this place they were posted by the employees!

Horrible!!!!! NASTY!!. If there are any good comments posted about this place it's from the employees! Dirty, OBSESSIVELY HIGH PRESSURE SALES!! I WOULDN'T WISH THIS PLACE ON ANYONE.

TANCOS GREAT!. Sounds like the first review was a bitter ex employee. I have tanned with Tanco for years and I have tanned at almost all of the Tanco's in San Antonio, and everytime I walk in the door I am greeted with a hello. The manager at De Zavala is wonderful! Anytime I have had any questions, from "I havent been tanning for a while, how long should I go?" to "What lotion is best for me?" to "When does my payment go through?" they were answered. I know for a fact that the tanning beds and googles are cleaned because I have seen the girls cleaning both. I think that the tanning packages are extremely reasonable and affordable. Like I said, Ive been tanning with Tanco forever, and it sounds like some people had one bad experience and are just bitter, but Tanco is DEF. #1 in my book!!!!! I will never tan anywhere else!

GREAT BEDS,NICE STAFF,PLACE IS BEST I HAVE USED IN S.A. TANCO IS #1 IN MY BOOK.

PRICE ARE GOOD & BEDS WERE GREAT...........

The nastiest place I've ever seen!. BAD BAD BAD! Don't go here. Manager at this location talks about everyone behind their backs when they don't buy something from her after constantly being pressured and harassed. She will be nice to everyones' face and the second they leave it will start. Very unprofessional service. Also the beds are never cleaned. They simply reset the beds when the tanner leaves. The goggles have never been cleaned either. Pink eye and staph infections are a norm here. Don't go here unless you are not concerned about your health and safety.
