All I can say is WOW when I think about my NEGATIVE experience with this store. I called Billy Bob's Beds to get an idea of products and price range. I told the man I spoke with I was trying to get an idea of what he had. He rudely said, "I'm trying to give you an idea". At one point I asked if he had a particular brand and at what price range. He then said, "Instead of us _____izing (couldn't understand the first part of the word he used) over the phone, why don't you just come in and see what we have (and this was not said in an iniviting tone). I was stunned by the way he spoke to me, and just said, "okay" and hung up. I then called back to see if I could speak with a manager. The same man answered the phone. I told him I had just spoken with him and asked him what his name was. He told me his name was Billy Bob. I then told him I was considering purchasing a mattress from him, but now it was obvious to me that...He then cut me off by saying something like, "Oh...I think you're gonna say somethin' that's gonna make me cry" in a very condescending-sing-song tone and hung up the phone. Oh My Goodness. I was, and am still amazed at his attitude. I was going to tell him that it's obvious that he does so much business that he doesn't care how he treats potential customers. I wouldn't buy a mattress from Billy Bob's if it were the last place in the state of Texas that sold mattresses. Some may say people get that way when they become successful or get a little money. But having a lot of money only highlights who you were before.

So I just had an negative experience with this business. There are no refunds are exchanges period. This was not stated to me and there was no sign posted. When you get your receipt after you purchase, then it's stated there is no returnes or exchanges period. I bought a metal bed frame from them and never opened the box and they would not give me my money back. I would not shop at this business.

I joined this group just to identify what a terrible experience I had with BB a few years ago when I was stationed in San Antonio. when I saw the negative way he acted towards a disabled vet it really didn't surprise me all that much. He sold me a mattress and stated there were no pending sales, a day or two later I saw the same mattress in the Sunday paper on sale. As I lived a mile away I dropped by on that Monday to ask him if he was going to honor his word....he basically told me he had no legal obligation to disclose a pending sale and considering I was in uniform I should understand "rules & regulations" and furthermore he is in business to make money not to help me save it....bottom line he is a deplorable human being, do not give him your business. Hey Billy I dont think you will have any issues with "not getting rich selling your mattresses" anymore. Geoff currently sleeping on a lowest bidder mattress in Afghanistan

As for the negative comments below they are not factual. The inventory and selection is amazing. I am soooo pleased with my purchase! Excellent quality and competitive pricing. I love the owner and his wife...great people. They treated me with respect and were very knowledgable about the products in store. I will recommend them to everyone! Thank you so much Billy Bobs Beds...I will rest easy tonight . keep doing what your doing and the negative nancies will blow over. Your service and quality speaks volumes!

These are absolutely terrible people! They treated a war veteran terribly and threw him and his service dog out, what kind of trash runs this place? I hope you go out of business!

whether this is a good store or not (which it appears to NOT be), i wouldn't step foot in it. he disrespected a veteran & his leashed SERVICE dog!! he should be so ashamed!!! i hope his business goes down the tubes!! KARMA IS A B**CH!!

Billy Rip Offs. My wife ordered and paid for a headboard for my sons bed 7 weeks ago from Billy Bobs Beds. They said it would take a week. Then we called back and guess what, another week. We bought this headboard 7 weeks ago, remember?

Well we decided to get a refund and the f***ers say there's no refunds or exchanges no exceptions. thing is they don't tell you until AFTER they have your money. No signs anywhere. DO NOT BUY FROM BILLY RIP OFF BOBS!

NEVER BUY FROM BILLY BOBS WORST PLACE EVER. MY HUSBAND AND I WENT AND BOUGHT A COUCH,CAL KING BEDROOM SET,AND BUNK BED FOR OUR SONS SPENT $2127 DOLLARS ON THAT THEY SAID IT WILL BE DELIVERED IN 10 DAYS I WAITED 10 DAYS NEVER GOT I CALL SO I CALLED THEM SO THEY TELL ME WE WILL BRING IT TOMORROW WELL WHEN THEY SHOW UP THEY ONLY HAD THE COUCH DIDNT TELL ME THEY DIDNT HAVE ALL MY STUFF WELL THEN THEY SAY WILL HAVE IT NO LATER THEN FRIDAY NEVER GOT A CALL SO I CALL ONCE AGAIN OH WE WILL HAVE IT BY TUESDAY NOPE DIDNT COME NO CALL SO CALL AGAIN WELL I GET THE RUN AROUND FROM THE WORKER SO I TALK TO THE OWNER ERICK WELL HE WAS NO HELP HORRIBLE GAVE THE RUN AROUND SAID HE CALL ME BACK NEVER CALLED BACK JUST LIKE HIS WORKERS. SO I CALLED AND CALLED AND CALLED YOU GET THE POINT SO FINALLY I GET A CALL HE TELLS ME THEY HAVE THE BUNK BED I TOLD HIM I WANTED ALL MY STUFF OR NOTHING AT ALL SO I CALL AGAIN AND THEY SAY MY STUFF WILL B DELIVERED NOW ITS BEEN A MONTH AND A HALF OK SO THEY SEND ONE WORKER TO BRING THE STUFF HE HAS NO DOLLY SO HE HAS TO DRAG STUFF UP STEPS OK SO HE BRINGS IN THE STUFF I WAS LIKE THIS IS ALL OF IT THE MAN WAS LIKE WELL THE STILL NEED THE CAL BED SET I WAS MAD WELL I AM PREGNAT MY HUSBAND IS AT WORK WHEN HE GETS HOME HE OPENS A BOX THE DRESSER IS DAMAGED SO WE OPEN THE BOTTOM OF THE MEDIA DRESSER THERE IS A CHUNCK OF WOOD MISSING FROM THE LEG WHICH THEY PAINTED OVER IT OK I CALL THEM NO ANSWER...NO ANSWER KEPT CALLING NO ANSWER SO NOW IM GETTING A LAWYER BECAUSE I WANT MY MONEY BACK THEY BREACHED THE CONTRACT SO NOW IM GETTING A LAWYER THANK GOD MY SISTER SAID SHE WILL PAY FOR IT BECAUSE ERICK DOES NOT WANT TO GIVE MONEY BACK OR REPLACE NOW I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK

Billy Bobs Beds. We tried this store shortly after it opened but found the customer service was not just bad but rude. We are now needing a small bed for a guest room and since it is so close thought we would give the store a second chance. Wow in all the years no change to customer service. Not sure how they are expanding and staying in business. From completely ignored by one sales person to just plain rudeness from another.

Worst Place Ever!! Liars!! I should have looked at reviews.. First off I have to say that if I was given the chance, I would not have given any stars at all, but it is required for at least 1. I should have read reviews before going to this crap hole. First walking in to the store looks super trashy and filthy. You go into the rooms with the mattresses and everything is laid out with prices, although they are not actual prices. Everytime we would ask the sales woman a price on a bed, it was completely different than what is posted. Jumping to the end of our frustration, my husband and I kept laying on a particular bed, with her by our side. We asked her multiple times how much the bed was and she continuously said $419. We ended up saying she had a sale and we wanted the bed. They wrung us up and told us to meet them in the back to pick up the bed. As they were loading the mattress, I told my husband that it was not the same bed. I went inside to look at the appearance of the one we chose and saw it did not match. I brought the woman over and told her they loaded the wrong bed. Long story short, she ended up telling me that the bed she was thinking of was somewhere else. She walked me to another bed and said this is what you got. I asked her why she would sell me a bed that I didnt want. She said "oh sorry I made a mistake" A MISTAKE BY TAKING ALMOST $500 FROM ME?!!?! We demanded our money back stating they were liars and do not even try for customer satisfaction. When a company makes a huge mistake, they should fix it and eat it. The right thing to do would have been to give us the bed we were told we paid for at the price we paid. The price for stupidity. Oh yeah, and they have all these signs all over the place stating how they dont want children in there because of their "dirty hands" and they would not let their drivers take "their kids" to a customers house to track in all kinds of dirt. HOW RUDE IS THAT?!?! Final line.....DO NOT SHOP AT THIS HORRIBLE PLACE!
