Amazing work, completely overpriced. I specifically called around to all of the local salons to get the best deal... times are tough and money is tight. . . was quoted $70.00 which was average and decided to go there because they had an appointment that same day. I know that you are always expected to pay more if your hair is thick (mine is) and was expecting at least another $10.00 for added "work"

She used a a cap for highlights which I haven't had done in YEARS!!!! I was worried but she said that's what she used and figured I'd trust her skills...

she left them in too long... and they ended up WHITE!!! my hair is a dark brown and there is no way that it would have ever worked.... the mother kept saying it was a "fun do" but i'm sorry.. it looked horrible...

the daughter suggested toner, which I have had several times and said YES!!! she said it would cost "a little bit more" which was strange to me as it was always included if not maybe $10.00 more.... but assuming that she was one of the places to charge for toner I assumed it would be around the $10.00 I was used to in the Name brand products super professional salons....

I was shocked when she showed me the bill and it was $60.00!!!!! for TONER!!!! she literally used less then an inch's worth of color in the bottle and charged me the same price as a full head of hair single process...

I'm sad because other then the overpriced RIP off I would have recommended this place ... for anyone looking for a decent job ....

definitely not fantastic after being charged $60.00.... the whole total should not have been more then $80.00 and ended up paying $140... for highlights... done with a cap... RIDICULOUS!!!

Great customer service. Where can I start. I have been going to Gloria's for about 10 years. Both Gloria and her daughter Jean are awsome. Tracy also is a person that does hair there and I have know her for about 12 years. There wasn't one time that I went to get my hair done that I wasn't happy with the way it turned out. Although, I don't go very often due to being low maintenance on the hair end. But, when I do we have fun. Both Gloria and Jean have personalities that have you enjoying being around them. I prefer Jean to do my hair most of the time. But, Gloria is also great. The only drawback that I have is that they are a little high price for me. It might just be me due to not doing alot in a solan with my hair. But, they are worth it. They also offer massage sessions(jean recently went to school for this) and I believe both are liscence in permanent cosmetics.

I would recommend Gloria's very highly.
