I live in the Coolcrest subdivision and everyone considers

Potranco Automotive a wonderful neighbor !!!

They have grown from 2 work bays, to the complex they

have today, with hope for expanding further.

I have taken all my vehicles for their extreme expertise

when it comes to all things "car" related.

It seems longer than 20+ years for their location, because

I have lived in Coolcrest for 43 years and can not

remember a time they could not be called upon for help.

They do remember your name, in spite of all the

folks they see on a daily basis.

I have recommended them for years and will continue

to do so for many years to come !!!

Potranco Automotive graciously allows the Coolcrest

Property Owner's Association use of their paved

parking lot area for the monthly POA flea markets.......

What Service?. I told my 1970 Chevy Impala for State Vehicle inspection on Thursday afternoon was told I would be called on Friday Morning. 10:00 AM Friday, no call;.... no call at noon, at 2:00 PM, I was told i was #6 in line, to call back at 5:00. At 5:00 they told me I was # 3 in line but would be first on Monday morning. I called Monday at 10:00 and I was "next in Line", at noon I was still "next in line". At 4:00 PM, I was still "next in line". They had not even looked at my car. What service? They should have told me from the very beginning they did not want to work on my car. I decided to go to another location that would give me the customer service I deserve. I received no service!!! I wanted a State Vehicle Inspection to make sure my vehicle is road compliant!!!

I trust them. Can not find another shop in this city that i would trust with my cars other than Potranco Automotive. When i go there it is hard to believe the remember me because of all the business they have. Its my cars home away from home.

awsome!!. I wanted to take a moment to thank you for your help in resolving this matter regarding the radiator that was replaced at your shop earlier. I feel that Potranco Automotive did everything they could to help me resolve this matter and honor my warranty, even though i was in another location in Texas and could not get the car to you. I suspect that other companies would not go that extra mile, as you have done. That is why we always brought our car to Potranco, always recommended potranco, and will continue to do so in the future. The customer service i received from Jacob Smith on this issue was above and beyond. Thank you all again for setting the bar when it comes to automotive service.

5 ultra stars!. Can not find another shop in this city that i would trust with my cars other than Potranco Automotive. When i go there it is hard to believe the remember me because of all the business they have. Its my cars home away from home.

Only Place to go!. Vehical is running good! We have a few years coming to Potrancos and bringing our vehicals there. It's the only place we come to and never looked for another shop. Thanks!
