"Job Well Done!". I read the less than favorable review, but decided to try Bolin Plumbing anyways. I am very happy that I did. I received excellent service from beginning to end. I called the emergency number on Sunday and received a call back within 5 minutes. The plumber that I spoke with was knowledgeable and reassuring. He told me what I needed to do and told me that I would receive a call Monday morning. As promised, I received a phone call first thing Monday morning from the Bolin Company asking for further details and setting up the service request. They came out, repaired the outside water main line and let me pay via phone so that neither my husband nor I had to miss a day of work. I’ve actually never taken time to write a review, but I was so impressed with this company I felt they deserved a “Job Well Done!” critique.

No Show. I had these guys come out and tighten four bolts on a sink. I remodeled my bathroom and my carpal tunnel inhibited me from being able to finish the job. I noticed the next day that the faucet was leaking a little and called Friday morning to get a tech to come out and fix it. NO ONE SHOWED. I paid them $97 to tighten four bolts, I had to call them back out because of a leak and then they leave me high and dry, so to speak. They finally call me on Monday morning and let me know that they have a tech that is available. What kind of &#%$ is that???
