I feel sorry for her own dogs. I called Fiesta about a poodle she has. She wants 1450$ for a dog she calls a tcup. A fancy label breeders use for more money. No such thing,only standards,miniatures,& toys.I asked her questions about her dogs, like if they were home-raised etc. I want my puppy to come from a loving home not a kennel. She told me the dogs she has, like 4 poodles, & maltese.THEY LIVE IN THE KENNEL, NOT IN THE HOUSE. That is the same thing as a backyard breeder or puppy mill. I don't care how clean her kennel is, animals deserve love and attention. She told me they're not allowed in the house. I jokingly said how she was missing out and she got all rude & said "I'll get back to you." And hung up on me. What a witch. I wouldn't board my dog her or purchase one from this lady.…
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!. We confirmed a reservation over Christmas a month in advance. Fiesta called us on Dec 19th to ask if we could drop our dog off a day early, and pay an extra day fee. When we indicated this wasn't possible, we were told they didn't want our business and hung up the phone. We called back, and were hung up on again. They cancelled our CONFIRMED reservation and refused to talk afterwards. We were left without a kennel 5 days before Christmas. You can imagine our problem when calling other kennels. Terrible Customer Service. Do not ever do business with this kennel if you want service & committment.…
