It's a strong claim for any location to make, especially a low-profile bar so far out on the shirt tails of San Antonio it's almost in Boerne. But apparently, Hills & Dales has
found the solar system's belly button just north of 1604, and it draws everyone from bikers to college students with a huge selection of beer.
The Draw
Imagine being allowed to drink beer and whoop it up in your elementary school cafeteria. Got the picture? Then you've got a fair inkling of the interior of this bar, a one-room, open space with extra-long, bench-style picnic tables. Add a TV, jukebox, darts and pool table to complete the image.
