Our special occasion restaurant!

We usually go the Vineyard on Thursday night, it's very quite and usually just a few seated along with us in the wine cellar. We always make reservation regardless of day. After dinner the waiter escorted us outside to pre-set table to enjoy dessert and coffee, the sunset was perfect . Highly recommend the Vineyards and reservations. Returning customers since 1999.

Amazing for Romance or a Girl Night Out

8 girls, lots of wine and great food! What more can you ask for. Alan our waiter was wonderful and the Chilean Sea Bass Special was sinful!

Our evening started with an amazing bottle of wine (and continued that way!), a variety of apps and then a beautiful display of Chilean Sea Bass with scallops and scrupmtous steaks cooked to a perfect medium rare! Everything was discribed beautifully and was excuted above and beyond expectation.

We had a birthday to celebrate and the owners wife even took the time out to make us a beautiful flower arrangment of the birthday girls favorite flower!

We couldn't have asked for a more special celebration for our girlfriend. Ask for Alan, you will be waited on hand and foot making the expierence of the Vineyard something we will remember for years to come.

Pathetic food, apathetic service

This is not a Restaurant to go to as a couple. This was our 10th Anniversary and we were constantly overlooked for larger tables.

We were half way through our bottle of wine when the cooler appeared.The Caesar salads were wilted. I didn't get a sharp knife for my Crown ( I was not allowed to use the proper word here) Of Lamb. When It did arrive , my meat was cold. The Mushroom Risotto was so salty it was inedible.We asked for cheese with our Port and got a plate of ---- shredded cheese. Were we supposed to sprinkle it in our Port?

The coffee came in a mug with the spoon still in it. By this time dessert was out of the question. We were sick and tired of having to work so hard. Our waiter didn't seem to know or care how to handle negative comments.

But, the worst. I wrote a letter to the Restaurant, explaining our displeasure. It was returned with our address label torn off and attached to a brown envelope. Our letter had a 'C' + scribbled in red on the top with a surly face drawn on it.

I suppose I should not be surprised at this apathy. Where is the

professionalism? Obviously customer service is not an issue.

We will never be back. I am sending this review to every place I can.
