Upscale shopping in a strictly San Antonio setting.. The Scene
The old cement plant turned shoppers' paradise combines the convenience and variety of a modern mall with the best of a downtown shopping experience. The overall shopping vibe can be described in two words: Restoration Hardware. Need two more words? How about Pottery Barn? Another two? Laura Ashley. The Quarry (as locals call it) is on the edge of Lincoln Heights, after all, and the stores reflect that income bracket.

The Stores
Stores such as Bed, Bath & Beyond and Whole Earth Provisions stand in little clusters with a sea of parking in between the islands of shops. Restaurant choices abound, and there's a Whole Foods for quick dinner fixings after a hard day of shopping. If just walking from store to store isn't enough to work up a sweat, Bally's Fitness Center is next to the spiffy new Regal Cinema. And as in any good modern mall, there's a place for the kids, Gameworks.
