The Scene – This B&B is owned by native Texans who were once stationed at San Antonio's Kelly Air Force base--expect some good old-fashioned Southern hospitality. It is tucked into the historic King William Historic District just a half a mile from The Alamo. Great place to stay

Sue and Benny are really nice people. We went to Brackenridge B&B twice. Once in the winter of 2003 and then again in Dec 2004. We really enjoyed the place. Maybe it is the breakfast that is served upstairs in the formal dining room, or maybe it is the conveniant location. It is really close to the riverwalk and the alamo. The first time we were there, we met with two couples who have been regular customers of Sue and Benny. We were so surprised when after and year, when we went back to visit, we saw the same people!! I would recommend this place.
