The best seats on the River..
In Short
Boasting easy access into la Villita from the Riverwalk, Arneson River Theater sees a lot of traffic, at least, half of it does. The grassy steps that serve as the theater's auditorium seat 1,000 culture seekers. But the other half of the outdoor amphitheater, the stage, is located on the opposite bank of the Riverwalk and remains marooned from passing tourists. A healthy variety of performers do take the stage, however, and provide periodic concerts, plays and other productions.
