Editorial Review for Bell Museum of Natural History – by Joel Stitzel
In Short
Tucked in a corner of the University of Minnesota's East Bank campus, the Bell Museum is one of America's foremost teaching museums. Bell promotes research in the natural sciences, and in 1960, started the country's first hands-on natural history exhibit--the famous Touch and See Room. It has a stunning collection of natural history art, including an original edition of John Jay Audubon's "Birds of America" and the largest collection of works by famed wildlife artist Francis Lee Jaques.
