A Great Place for steak & Customer Service. When you walk in you immediately feel the ambieance. You are promptly seated and assisted by several waiters, it seems as if there is one for every part of the meal. Refreshments, silverware etc. The Menu choice is Good but not great. I don't remember why I was dissapointed with the menu but it was lacking something. I ordered the Ribeye and my Wife ordered the Chicken both were phenomenal! The sides were large enough for 2 and I tell you the truth, that had to have been the best Coke I have ever had. Great for a nice quite dinner!…
Sophisticated American chain serves up corn-fed USDA prime cuts and New Orleans-style appetizers and sides..
In Short
This offshoot of a popular New Orleans hangout for politicians features decor of dark woods and comfortable booths, with a separate bar scene. Choice cuts of custom-aged beef
arrive in sizzling butter on 500-degree plates. The menu also offers chicken, pork and seafood entrees along with Creole appetizers like shrimp remoulade. Family-style sides include gargantuan onion rings, creamed spinach and various styles of potatoes. Traditional homemade desserts like cheesecake and bread pudding conclude the meal.…
Outstanding food and service!. We go here a lot to celebrate special occassions. We love the food and the service. You must try the sweet potato caserole. I wasn't a fan of sweet potato until I tried this one. It is delicious! We recommend you make reservations. We always do and we request our favorite waiter becuase he knows just what we like. He makes sure we're taken care of. The prices are pretty expensive but if you don't mind spending a little more for quality then this is the place to try.…
Does not live up to its reputation. My husband and I decided to go for New Year's Eve '06 because we'd heard how good it was. It did NOT live up to it's reputation. We both had the steak and it was gamey and full of gristle with absolutely no flavor. Our steaks also arrived overcooked and when we pointed this out to the server, she informed us that was how we ordered them, NOT TRUE. The service was slow and the waitress did not listen to our requests for no sour cream on the potatoes. This is not a good value for money, I'd recommend going to Texas Roadhouse instead. Their steaks are always cooked right, the wait staff is friendly and active and it's a much better value for the money.…
