Budget hotel on the Riverwalk.
My husband and I stayed here for a leisure weekend trip. This is a good hotel for the budget-minded traveler. It's conveniently located on the quiet end of the Riverwalk. Friendly staff. Great customer service. The suite is spacious and clean, but it did have a musty smell at times. They serve complimentary breakfast every morning which consisted of bagels, muffins, cereal, and make-your-own waffles which was good, and other so-so foods like scrabbled eggs and sausage. Although it wasnt the best breakfast, it was sufficient for us. Since the hotel is located at the very end of the riverwalk, walking back to the hotel at night was a bit scary because at times we were the only ones walking on that path. But we were relieved once we saw other people come on and off the path. Overall, we would definitely stay at Amerisuites Riverwalk again, if we're on a budget.
