Nice. The pool was a let down, but the rooms were spacious, clean, with great views and the location is perfect. I concur with what others have said about the excellent liquor store/smoke shop next door. I went there daily and got everything I needed in terms of snacks and goodies.

Great atmosphere for New Year's celebration. Great food, great stay, good service, excellent location. Lots of fun for New Year's Eve with music, special menu, and access to the Riverwalk. Only downside with our stay was the large line waiting to check out despite express checkout. The (smug) concierge also gave us directions towards the freeway, but didn't take into account the roadworks on New Years Day. We stayed with our 2 young children. Childfriendly rooms and restaurants. (Balconies have a safety lock on the sliding door as well as the usual lock).

Beautiful. My husband and I stayed here for our 1st anniversary. The room was on the 9th floor overlooking the Riverwalk. The room and the view were wonderful. I loved the bed and the shower! We had the romance package which included chocolates and champagne upon arrival and breakfast in bed. The room was made ready in a hurry upon our arrival and there were a few small issues with the room being properly stock, but all were easily and politely taken care of. All of the employees that we dealt with were nice and professional. Overall we had a wonderful time!

Fabulous!. After being bumped from an overbooking at La Mansion, the Westin was an absolute treat. This property is gorgeous, with one of the most wonderful suites I've found anywhere in the U.S. The staff is incredibly accommodating as well. This is truly a class act property!

Marvelous!. This hotel made our weekend getaway more than we could have hoped for! The staff was incredibly friendly & helpful, the rooms were comfortable & luxurious, and the location of the hotel was great. Definitely worth every penny!

exceptional. This hotel was awesome. I recieved incredible service. Everyone went above and beyond what I would have expected! Beautiful view and a quant little flower garden that backs up to the riverwalk.

nice with family or for business!. Beautiful hotel right on the riverwalk. The rooms were oh so comfortable - especially the Heavenly Bed. Staff also made us feel right at home. Large work area and 2line phones for biz travelers. we can't wait to return! SA is a great spot for vacation too - romantic and tons of family type entertainment as well.
