This bakery focuses primarily on bread, but also has a few other treats such as cookies and after-hours leftovers from Cafe Besalu right next door. All of their bread is organic and the ingredients are listed on the bag. You'll want to put it in the refrigerator if you don't plan on eating the bread within 48 hours. My recommendations: sourdough, sourdough rye and hominy. The breads are hearty, with a chewy crust. If you keep them in the fridge for a while you'll want to microwave them on high for 10 seconds before you make a sandwich, or slice the bread and toast it as well.
Pros: Very tasty organic breads
Cons: Limited variety other than bread
