Welcome to Texas, now go home.... The Trap is one of few local bars where the ORIGINAL South East -siders still hang-out and have gone to. Be Warned: they still have the Original SE-sider sensibilities, which in short means they are only as friendly as you are, how you walk through the door is how you'll be treated. Walk in friendly and you'll find some of the nicest people in the world; walk in with an attitude and you'll find more than enough people who are more than capable of kicking your butt ---theese folk don't put up with B.S. Very reasonable prices and great service. If you go there, say hi to Tony Duerr: anyone who's anyone on planet Earth seems to know Tony "Bones" Duerr.

Great local hang out. The Trap is a place for friends. When you walk in you are obviously noticed and welcomed. They have great live music regularly and a great pool table area. The Trap is not for a younger crowd, but is definately appreciated by the older crowd. The juke box is filled with old time Hank Williams Jr. and mixed with lots of 70s and 80s rock. It is a great place to have a small birthday party or watch the game.
