VERY VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Insurance paid office. Office returned payment to insurance due to non coverage but failed to notify patient. 1 1/2 years later patient gets a call from collection agency owing full amount. Business office made one phone call attempt to contact and sent 3 recent statements (patient had military move and no longer lives in state) with no response so straight to collections! Wow. Billing supervisor less than helpful short of saying too bad...No resolution.
