After being very disappointed with a dentist that came highly rec. I decided to go to Stone Oak Pediatrics. My daughter and I love them. From the time you walk in to door, to when you check out, it is wonderful. Dr.Renee is fantastic and such a warm and wonderful person. My little one actually likes going to the dentist. Fantastic place.

Out FOR YOUR MONEY!! DO NOT USE THEM!. This dentist is out for the max. amount of money they can get from you and your insurance. After taking my daughter for a 2nd opinion my daughter's dental work was a 25% of what they suggested. After they give me a quote and scared me with the severity of the worked needed to be done they never called me back. I called them twice and after this I decide to go elsewhere. 3 months later they decide to collect 40 dollars for consult that was never followed through with.... Never again.... I am happy they never called me back so my daughter did not go through all that unnecessary work!

TERRIBLE ~ Overcharged too many times!. Have been going to Stone Oak Pediatric Dentistry for over two years now. Overcharged too many times. Found countless mistakes in our bill. They would have me pay for procedures insurance company already covered. Additional fees were always tacked on. The errors were always in their favor. Seemed a little sneaky to me. Kids loved going to this dentist because of the atmosphere. But we can't afford to pay for additional things we didn't have done. I'm done ~ better experience at our new dental office.

LOVE this place!!. I disagree with the bad postings. We've been patients for a couple of years now and I can safely say all our charges have been reasonable. We have the WORST ins. and they pay very little. With that said, all our claims have been paid and completed with no balance due. The staff is WONDERFUL, dentists are also great. The most important thing to mention is our kids feel comfortable, relaxed and actually have a FUN time going to the dentist. They look forward to the visits!! Hope that helps! Oh, not biased and have no relation to anyone there :)

Good doctors, terrible staff, was over charged big time!!. I have been overcharged by Stone Oak Pediatric dentistry big time. My daughter has been a patient for several years and we were overcharged EVERY SINGLE TIME for procedures other than regular cleaning. For example, I paid $180 at the time of the last service and a bill came asking me to pay for another $20. The insurance statement arrived and I was responsible for only $100. In the past I had to call and adjust the charge every single time when I received the insurance statement. One time they told me to ignore the insurance statement and that I was responsible for whatever amount they submitted and the insurance company did not pay. This is totally false. I had to talk to the office manager to solve the problem. Every single time, they promised that they would call back after reviewing my file, and they never did even once.

People, you are responsible for whatever amount you are responsible for as stated in the insurance statement. If I did not insist on talking to the office manager, they would have intimidated me into paying higher amounts. Without a doubt, the office has overcharged people tens of thousands of dollars...I was told that the office was run by Christian believes, please, show some conscience and do not take people's hard-earned money!

Great Experience. I have been taking my son to see Dr. Susie since he was 1 year old. He is now 6. Dr. Susie and her staff have been wonderful. They treat him with such kindness. He was really apprehensive at first but every person he met made him feel at ease. As a parent that does my heart good. I never grew up with that kind of experience. The other amazing thing is that my son loves coming to the office. More than anything he has fun and does not want to leave. I will also say anytime I have had questions about my bill they have always been able to help me and work things out. I would, without reservation, recommend Dr. Susie and Dr. Courtney to any parent.

Given the boot. We also had a very disappointing experience. After seeing a mobile dentist in my daughter’s school, we knew that she needed to have fillings for two minor cavities. We were advised upon making an appointment that we would have to pay upfront. We were told that whatever our insurance would pay later would be sent to the dentist and then paid back to us.

When our daughter was seen, we were given a fee of 405$ to get her two fillings done. I thought it was very high, but agreed and prepaid the full amount. Three weeks after the service I called to check on the reimbursement money our insurance had given, and was told that they would deduct an additional $121 of the $240 insurance payment because they had undercharged me at the time of service. When I threw a fit, not willing to pay a different and higher amount originally given I was fought tooth and nail. Eventually I was sent a letter by Dr. Alexander, stating her disappointment in me not wanting to pay what the service was worth. We were asked not to return for future treatment. So, not only did THEY make a mistake, they tried to make me feel responsible for THEIR mistake and then gave us the boot.

Great for kids!!!. I took my daughter to a childrens dentist in boerne and after tying her down!! yes tying her down!! I was fuming. I found dr susie hayden at stone oak and am so happy!! they have tvs on the ceilings and the staff is wonderful with my 5 year old and 8 month old!! My 5 year old asks all the time when we are going to the dentist!! She actually wants to go. We drive an hour just to visit it is well worth it!!
