Best Hair Studio Arount. I went to Rosie's Hair Studio looking to do some highlights. I was on vacation from Brownsville, Texas and had previously done my highlights here but didn't like them at all. Rosie's Hair Studio treated me politely, friendly and did a great job! I 100% recommend this hair salon to everyone; men, women, childern, EVERYBODY! Rosie does an awesome job and knows what she is doing!
