Terrible!!!!!!!!!. Absolutely awful customer service. My fiancee and I called Trinity Flowers on Broadway to set up an appointment for our wedding. We had no problem booking the appointment, but Danny (the owner?) showed up more than 30 minutes late to the appointment. Having traveled more than 3 hours to meet with him, we were a little ticked, but remained optimistic that the quality of his product and services would be worth it. When we left the appointment, he said he would provide us with a quote within the week. We thought that was a little longer than most florists who generally provided us with quotes within a day, but we liked what he had to say in our meeting and remained (stupidly) optimistic. Here we are more than 6 weeks later and he (nor any of the other 2 people we talked to since) has yet to return any calls or provide us with a quote. We went to San Antonio specifically to speak to him and not only was he late to the meeting (which threw off our schedule for the day), but he wasted our critical time altogether. No explanations from the shop, no quote, nothing! And now he is not receiving/returning calls. The customer service at Trinity Flowers and Gifts on Broadway is absolutely awful and I would highly recomend avoiding this place based on my experiences. The product may be good, but the business relationship is beyond disgusting.…
