Disappointed by this location.. two-stars to the staff for their friendliness. Unfortunately, it took them more than 10 minutes (with three food preparers) even with very small clientele to get our relatively small order to us. I noticed that none of the food preparers wore gloves when handling the food. When we eventually got our food, the fries were down right cold and didn't seem to be fresh--felt a little rubbery. The hambugers were at least hot and fresh--fortunately. I went back several minutes later to place an order of onion rings and waited another 5-8 minutes and they too weren't even warm. The box wasn't even warm leading to think they had been sitting out for a long time. I never experienced this in any of the other Whataburger restaurants I've been at. Place seemed to be kept pretty clean. Overall below average compared to some other places. Very disappointed. I went to another one to pick up an order for my daughter and that one was a much more positive experience.
