Great Doctor. I have been going to Dr Cerda for a few years now and although I do have to wait long periods sometimes, she is always very attentive to my issues and spends the time with me rather than rushing through because she is busy. I would and have recommended her.

HORRIBLE DR CERDA. WORST DR. IN SAN ANTONIO TX.

after you tell her your syntoms all she will say well,,, i dont know you. I cant give you any meds. until i see the lab results. well ive been waiting for 2 weeks now and she still has not read my lab results, and her staff acts the same way that she does. ITS AN AWFUL SICKNING OFFICE HORRIBEL FURNITURE, and she is scary looking too.

Lazy Doctor. Do not expect her to do you any favors. She will complain, keep you waiting for hours while she is "too busy" to be a doctor, and half ass any insurance claim you need - not going far enough to get the job done. You will have to call your insurance company yourself to see what you need HER to do and she will give you sarcasm and fight you every step of the way - only to find out that a simple phone call or a fax was all you needed.

Expect to know what you need and do the insurance work yourself. Expect to wait hours in the waiting room as she also provides facials and botox. Do Not Expect her to go out of her way for you or even provide the necessary doctor care without complaints and having to fight for what you know has to be done.

Great Doctor. My wife and I have been seeing Dr. Cerda for over ten years. She has been caring, very well informed, and has been able to see us at a moment's notice.

She is a family doctor, and we do see specialists in there is more medical expertise needed.

As our family doctor she has become a trusted friend.

Great Doctor!. Doctor Cerda has been treating my entire family for 8 years. She has ALWAYS been wonderful. She has never refused to see any of us, even when she is fully booked. She has made time for us before and after office hours. Yes, I have had to wait a long time before, but no longer than I wait for any other doctor. I would highly recommend this doctor. She is dedicated ,

compassionate , and very well informed.
