I like this office. I left Gonzaba on Culebra because the office people were horrible and the place was just disgusting.

I've never had a bad experience at Pinkston on Shaenfield. I haven't gone to the Medical Dr location.

I've been seen by the Nurse Practitioner and she was very sweet and friendly. The staff is ok. They seem to know what they're doing. I don't expect them to hug me every time I go in.

The office has always been clean when I've gone. I never have to wait more than 5 mins (unlike Gonzaba where I had to wait for nearly and hour even if I was early!!)

Its an older home from the 80s converted into a medical office. It has the same features as any other ed office. Maybe it doesnt look high tech or something....

oh well. I like them. :)

WORST DOCTOR EVER

A few days ago I wrote about my experience with this doctor. Now it is gone.

I do plan on writing as often as needed, so that no one else has go what I went through.

This is the worst office ever. The staff is rude, and I have never meet the doctor. Last time I went in (this past week), I was informed that the doctor was out of the office for 2 weeks. It is unacceptable that there is no doctor in place to "cover" while the doctor is out of town. If that was something that cannot be done it would be helpful if the staff informed the patience prior to scheduling appointments.

Also I went into the office 30 minutes before my appointment and still was seen till 30 after my actual appointment, and it was still another 15 minutes before the nurse could see me. For someone who is ill, having to wait that long is not good. It may have helped if they had more than one person looking at patiences.

Also the receptionist is the truly a uncaring person. Not sure what kind of business allows someone to be so rude to paying customers.

In the time I was waiting for the nurse, 3 persons walked out. When the employees there noticed it they seemed to care very little. It didn't seem that it mattered to them.

Aside from these issues the office itself is not welcoming. It's an old house that smells like food. The employees are hanging out in the kitchen, and once again they could care less that someone is waiting out front to ask questions.

I hope that anyone considering going to this doctor will continue their search because you will regret if you pick this doctor.

Horrible office staff dirty office

The young lady that answers the phones and schedules appointments is not very friendly but everyone else is nice. I love Dr. Pinsktian she really cares about me and my needs. On September made an appointment and again rude lady at the other end. The staff had been replaced along with nurses, extremely rude. Waited for over an hour with a full waiting room. I assumed it was ok to bring my children since they have toys in the office, I was wrong they had a tv on an R rated show, with cursing and sexual content I couldn’t believe it. I got up and left I am now looking for another doctor.
