Completely unprofessional! Don't go here!. This is the hotel I chose for my wedding guests, big mistake! On numerous accounts they misplaced reservations and overcharged guests! I personally reserved four rooms for various guests that were told there was no reservation for them when they showed up to check-in to the hotel. I did not find out what was going on until 12:30 am the night before my wedding and was trying to scramble to figure out where to put these guests. When I called the hotel, they said I had four rooms that no showed and they would be releasing the rooms for the following night. Not one staff member was helpful, but instead insisted it was my fault, including the manager, Sam Patel. If you want a hassle free wedding weekend, do not choose this hotel! I've never dealt with a more unprofessional and unorganized business in my life! From one bride to another... don't do it!
