I WAS GLAD I DIDN'T LISTEN TO TIPS THAT DIDN'T RECOMMEND VISION NOW. I MADE A APPOINTMENT LAST WEEK AND WAS SEEN BY THE DOCTOR TODAY! GREAT PLACE AND LOTS OF SELECTIONS FOR ADULT GLASSES. I WAS EVEN ABLE TO GET SUNGLASSES! A LOT OF LOCATIONS DON'T ALWAYS HAVE A GREAT SELECTION FOR ADULTS MOSTLY KIDS BUT NOT THIS PLACE. I ALREADY TOLD ME WIFE AND SHE WILL BE GOING THIS WEEK AS WELL. THE STAFF WERE NICE AND VERY FRIENDLY. SERVICE WAS FAST I DIDN'T HAVE TO WAIT LONG. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMED THIS OFFICE TO ALL OF MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY!

Wonderful and great service all around! My children needed to see a doctor before school started and they were the only ones that would see us with a appointment a month in advance. They take all types of insurance and the staff was very friendly. I already made my appointment for me to get glasses as well. They even showed my teenage daughter how to clean and take care of your contacts! Great job Vision Now~!!!

I was a walk in and the entire staff was very friendly and accomodating. The office manager was the best she was very friendly and explained the process of my visit. The tech was the next person I meet and then the doctor come in. He also was nice and friendly and didn't mind answering all of my questions. I would recommend this business to all of my friends and family. I have found my eye doctor! Very nice selection of designer classes as well. Thanks to Vision Now I can see!

The best service ,friendly staff ,doctor was very attentive . I was in and out within an hour . Office manager Cindy made me feel very comfortable as a new patient . I would highly recommend this office to all my family and friends..

Horrible!. Have been here twice and twice I waited for more than an hour just to called for paperwork. Sat and waited even longer for the actual exam. Doctor is very slow and the assistants rude. Though I wonder how much of that attitude is becuase the doctor wont move his a$$ which makes people upset at the girls.

Awesome service all the way around!!!. I had no problems at all. The entire staff was very friendly and accomodating. I was going to leave after the dr saw us to take the prescriptions to another office so our glasses could be done in an hour. My daughters broke and we could not afford waiting a week or so. The staff overheard this,offered to help me keep the cost in my budget ( my insured amount haha )and get them in the hour. They did just that and I only paid out of pocket $40.00. I can go back in 30 days to get another pair, $20.00 off and still use the remainder of my insurance.

Needs customer service training. The location is great but the office itself needs some cleaning and temperature is too hot to wait for long periods of time. The staff doesn't appear to have any sense of urgency. They do not greet or acknowledge people as they come in but go back and forth from station to station without even a smile or eye contact. It's like you don't exist and they have more to do than they have time for. The only friendly person was the doctor and I only saw him briefly during the exam.

the worst! never will go there again! the so called doctor didn't treat my olcer I could have lost my vision!. They are very careless and rude. I went there to receive contacts and when I went home I noticed that one of the contacts of out of wack and I couldn't really see through it. So I went back the next day and the staff looked at me and signed as if I were lying!!. Why would I lie I went back the next day its not like i had them for a month and was trying to get some free pairs! I just wanna be able to see! They finally checked my vision again and gave me the right prescription. Later that year I was having irritation in my right eye and it got so bad that it became very sensitive to light exposure so I inspected my eye and noticed a white dots (it was an olcer) the "doctor" told me it was nothing and sent me on my way.. it got worst! to where I couldn't even open my eye I knew something was up so I went to "Trinity Vision" off wurzbach, and the Doctor there is GREAT! even the staff are very nice and knew just from looking at my eye what it was, at the time I didn't have insurance so the doctor gave me a sample of the medication I needed and within a week it was gone. The doctor there told me if I had let it go any longer that I could have lost my vision! WILL NEVER GO TO VISION NOW EVER AGAIN! I'M STAYING WITH TRINITY VISION
