I've been to this location a couple of
times and my experience up to this point has been ok. The food has always been hot and good. The service gets mixed reviews--especially during peak hours (11a-2p)--when the drive through lane and in-restaurant lines are running at full speed. At times, things got so hectic that they forgot to take several people's orders or keeping up with cleanliness of the seating area. An employee with occasionally go around to see if you need a refill on your drink. This is also the first Chick-Fil-A I've been to that is always packed with small children. Kids running around eating area barefoot or eating their food off the table (yuck). The restaurant is located in a major shopping center--and let's face it--Chick Fil-A's have always been a popular place to eat. This location is also one of the smallest I been to--which probably explains the challenge management has to efficiently service its customers. If all you care is getting your food good and hot--it's ok.

No bones about it: crispy chicken sandwiches, buttered biscuits and signature waffle fries..
In Short
This fast-food restaurant lures diners with the promise of fresh ingredients and a dependable menu. The marquee Chick-fil-A chicken sandwich is a fried breast served on a toasted bun with sliced dill pickles; other items include nuggets, strips, salads and wraps, all featuring the beloved bird. Health-conscious customers avoiding fried food can order the char-grilled chicken sandwich--same concept, one third the fat.
