I have vistited Bless Your Heart 3 times. I have to be honest they do not rate very high in customer service. Staff was rude. I did notice they did not treat all customers the same way. I was in line like all the rest and not once did I receive a hello. I asked if I could return the shoes I was buying, just in case the birthday girl didn't like or want them. Their response "Why would she not like them. There is nothing wrong with these shoes!!!!" I guess the ole saying is correct "Don't judge a book by it's cover" I am blown away by all the fun stuff there. It's like all sparkle on the outside but dead on the inside. So sad!

love this cute shop now in Alamo Hts!. Loving this cute shop! They have great gifts, clothes, & shoes at great prices. Not sure what the previous reviewer is talking about with the staff- I have always been greeted with a friendly hello & and they are always really helpful. "Like" the store on Facebook or sign up on their email list & you will get coupons & notices for special events all the time.

The staff was rude and unaccommodating!!!!!!!. Upon attempting to return two items that were damaged, earrings were broken before I even put the on, and necklace fell apart in the middle of dinner...

I was told , "all jewelry sales are final. "WHen I asked even if they are damaged, I got them less than a week ago...the store clerk reluctantly gave me store credit and reminded me that,"we dont return any jewelry, esp. not the inexpensive costume jewelry."

I assume that means its not meant to last , so does that make it disposable jewelry? Hmmm, think twice before wasting your money.

SuPeR cUtE!!. Bless Your Heart is by far the cutest boutique I have ever been to!

They have so much stuff and its all fabulous! Purses, candles, jewelry, clothes, and shoes are all of a girls favorite things and they have it ALL!

The girls that work all Bless Your Heart are all super nice and very helpful! Not only do they greet you when you walk in they also ask throughout if you need help with anything.

I love taking my friends from out of town to shop at Bless Your Heart!

The Best Shop in Bracken. Bless your Heart is the most amazing store for many reasons. First, it is by far the cutest shop and has the most friendly people. The selection of unique gifts, the best smelling candles, and sparkly shoes will make you smile. They have the the most amazing jewelry. Bless Your Heart has a huge selection of Miss me jeans and Tom's shoes. Making your butt and feet the best in SA. The ladies at the store will help you shop, make you laugh, and be your friend. Shopping at Bless Your Heart will be the most fun you can have.

THE FAB BYH!. Bless Your Heart Giftique is the cutest store I have ever walked into! There are so many great things about this little shop. They have 2 locations now which is very convenient and fun to see what each store has.

They have an awesome selection of jewelry, clothes, shoes/boots, candels, things for the yard, purses such as jon hart, vera, consuela, and many more brands to choose from, and much more!

The service is great, everyone is very nice and friendly. Everytime I come in to shop they say hello and they are great help if I need any. The owners are so friendly and fun. They have so many great ideas that you will see in the store, so that's a plus!

Overall, Bless Ypour Heart is a darling shop and have never seen anything like it! LOVE IT and would recommend it to any young girl, teen, and woman!

Bless Your Heart's addicting! :). I cannot get enough of Bless Your Heart! I have been shopping there since the original shop in Bracken Village first opened in 2000. Both the Bracken shop and the new Sunset Ridge store are insanely fabulous. Everytime I shop at BYH I find something super cute and the employees go out of their way to help me put together the perfect gift or outfit that I came to shop for. They have the best jewelery and dresses and the prices are awesome!! I can't get enough of this store!

BEST Gift Shop EVER. I have been shopping @ the Bracken store since it opened and die for their things and am so pumped when i get gift cards there! NOW the new one opened in ALAMO HEIGHTS where i live, so pumped! Thank you Bless Your Heart for blessing mine ; )
