Love the Store, Hate the Service.. I would have to say I absolutely LOVE BYH's selection of clothing. My family and I have gone to BYH numerous times, and have spent lots of money at each location. Although EVERYTHING in the store is absolutely adorable, I will have to disagree about the service. The very first time I walked into BYH was about a year ago, and the 4 times following that I had the same experience. I was not greeted at the door, nor was I spoken to one time. It is so aggravating when you go somewhere to buy something, and spend what you have.. To have people be unfriendly and non-sociable. Not only did no one say anything to me, I was also given glares by a few of the younger girls that were in the store.... My first visit I stayed there for about an hour, and LITERALLY was not spoken to, until I got to the register.... I have been in customer service for years and its extremely upsetting when you don't receive the service you deserve. I still go to BYH every couple weeks or so, and since my first visit I have just learned to get over the rude looks, and the unfriendly-ness. I love BYH, I just feel like maybe they have a stereotype, and if your not what they expect to be in their store, they frown upon you... Which is sad, because it is such a darling store.

I love Bless Your Heart!. Bless Your Heart is probably the cutest, most fun shop I have been in to. The environment is great! There are so many things to look through at such great prices! I love the idea of the punch cards! Once you've gotten 20 punches you can get a 25% discount AND a 10 dollar gift card! The women behind BYH will do anything to make your experience in their store a great one! They've hired super friendly girls(not sure what the other reviews are talking about) that are actually excited to be there and want to help! Go to Bless Your Heart! You won't be disappointed!

Shopping in Sunset Ridge. Sunset Ridge is iconic in the Alamo Heights area. I was delighted when I heard "Bless Your Heart" was opening a store there. Bless Your Heart is the best retail therapy around. The store is happy, the workers are happy, and the customers are happy. Oh! and the Bracken location is just as good. Run, Don't Walk and get some happy retail therapy at "Bless Your Heart",

Happiest Store in San Antonio!!. As an employee of BYH for a year now, my whole reason for going to work there was for a fun diversion from my "career job" . I had been shopping there for 10 years prior to working there and always loved going to the shop. Beside the fact that they have the "cutest" and most reasonable prices in town, the staff always greeted and assisted me when I walked in the door.

If you haven't been to either store, you're really missing a "happy" experience!! Come visit us soon!

CUTEST STORE EVER. Bless Your Heart is an awesome store and has super cute clothing for every girl! I have always had such a great experience in the store each time I have gone in. There are also so many things to choose from! It has great prices and has very good quality clothing! It is my favorie store and you must check it out!

BYH ALAMO HEIGHTS. This store is so cute! It has the BEST customer service. Always a friendly hello from the girls and an occasional checkup to see if I'm doing alright. Ive shopped here for years and have never had any problems. Not to mention they have the cutest good-quality clothes for reasonable prices, and awesome costume jewlrey that i wear everyday. Not only a boutique but gifts for every occasion! And always has awesome deals! I rarely pay full price for something. They are so generous to give us a punch card! What boutique do you go to that does that?! Im not sure what all these bad reviews are about because this is MY FAVORITE STORE EVERRRRRRRRRR!!!!

The Best Lil Boutique in SA/Schertz!. This store is the cutest! Love the clothes!!!!! Staff is super friendly. Not sure what the other reviews are talking about?!! I have always been greeted kindly as soon as I walk through the door. The staff has always been accomodating and friendly. The jewlery is very reasonable priced compared to other boutiques and the quality is high. Would go back every time!!

Girls still talking about customers.... I read the reviews before sending my visiting daughter and friend to this shop and noticed there were complaints about staff talking about customers after they left. The girls came home (not knowinfg about these reviews) and said they have some cute things BUT the girls talked loudly about the customers that left before them. They said it was very rude comments and totally uncalled for - they also wondered what would be said about them when they left! This happened around 3-4pm on 30 Dec. If I go there again, I'll be a little uncomfortable...wondering if they're going to talk about me too.

The best in San Antonio & NB. I love this store!!!! Cute gifts, great clothes - espcially there sassy t-shirts, great selection of jeans. I am hoping San Antonio can just add more places like this - I love local personality over boring chain any day!!!!

My new favorite shop!!!!. This is the only place I have to go when I have a birthday party to go to, or I need just the right thing to go with my new outfit! They have a great selection of Yellow box flip flops & Toms shoes!
