Roof Doctor was the only contractor to inform me of a problem I did not know existed, which saved me money in the long term and from interior damage! They even provided pictures! When the last contractor came out, after giving me their assessment, I asked about this additional problem. They went back onto the roof and upon returning, they agreed there was an additional problem. I ask why they did not notice it, but only to receive a gibberish excuse. Roof Doctor was the only contractor to go the extra mile to protect my home for me!
