Horrible Managment !!. My family has been coming to Sam's Club for the family business for over 10 years. Recently I went to Sam's Club because I was getting married and needed wine for the wedding. I was with my mom and at that time I was 20. We asked the man as soon as we walked in, if it was ok to purchase wine since I was with my mother (who looks exactly like me!) he said sure! and that that shouldn't be a problem. So we loaded up the cart with bottles and bottles of wine. When we got to the register the cashier scanned all the wine and we helped him to get them all. then they told us no. I understand the rule to help not sell to minors, but I am obviously with my mother and we were told this was fine. They told us no again. When we asked to talk to the manager, the manager acted as if he were 2 years old!! He just kept saying no and treating us as if were were below him. I told him that we already picked out the wine and is there anything we could do. He just kept saying no. We were outraged! If this is the policy, it needs to be known throughout the store with all the employees. We canceled our membership with Sam's Club and now are happy members with Costco! and we love it there.
