Great Eye Doctor

Dr. Orbeck is a nice guy, easy going and doesn't make you wait long to get in to see him. He also has a wonderful selection of eye wear.

His staff however, particularily the woman at the front desk is not too friendly or attentive. I do not feel she is a good representation of his office. I have referred friends to Dr. Orbeck and have been told by one that they have already been there and will not go back because of this front office girl.

• Pros: Nice eye doctor, great selection of eye wear.
• Cons: Front Office Staff, Hours a little limited

dr.kip orbeck is a great service !!! my eye site was very bad an dr.orbeck was very helpful. he gave me glasses,but i was not used to using glassesso i went back to eye blanco and dr.orbeck asked me if i would like to use contacts. i was not sure if i could get used to contacts so he gave me a free trail.2 days later i went back to the office and bought my own pair of clear contacts for just $240.00 its not cheap but it was reasonable.so i took them i know i am loving them.

Great service

Dr. Kip was great. He is very nice, relaxed, and friendly. He made us feel like friends explaning the different tests to us. His staff was also helpful giving us useful information as we needed it. The office was very sophisticated and not overcrowded. We felt like we had Dr. Kip's full attention- he was not in a hurry to get to the next patient. I would gladly recommend him to friends and family!

• Pros: not overcrowded, clean, kind and helpful
• Cons: parking(it is right next to starbucks so kind of hard to find a spot) however the starbucks could be a pro?!
