A Privilege , call before you go, and he is a great story teller. It is definitely an honor to get tattooed by Charlie himself. His charge for a tat is reasonable, and I suggest being original. Try not to get what everyone has... Tell him your idea and he will expand from there. He is excellent with color as well. I have a very high respect for this man so don't bore him with your tribal designs, pixies, cartoon characters, praying hands, and your nautical stars, you know, the typical tattoos. His son works there too, Richard. He is great as well.

This Place Rocks............. I visited Honest CHarlie's 2 yrs ago and am still happy with the worh that Charlie did. I am goiing back for touch ups since I have lots of color nad getting 2 new ones before I move to RI in Sept. I LOVE CHARLIE.... he is amazing for detail, personality and artistic detail
