August 2008 - They did another excellent job with work at our house, this time for restoring the shade to our deck. We lost two trees that provided shade on the deck and pool area. Got quotes from 3 sources and again decided to go with Artistic Trees. Look at the fine details and you will see why Artistic Trees is the best. The quotes we received were all very close for the same work. Or was it? Looking at the fine print from Artistic we saw they were providing a much better product for about the same price. Other builders proposed to install the Pergola with 4x4 posts and 2x8 headers, while Artistic did it with 4x6 posts on 2x12 headers (a much more studier Pergola). All employees are very professional and great to have around. They did the work with a minimum of interruption to our yard and cleaned up everything each day before leaving. I previously posted a negative review of Artistic Trees. I am retracting that review and stating here that Artistic Trees made good on fixing the complaints I had and I have to say, did it in a timely manner. They were very apologetic for having made mistakes and they deserve a high recommendation from me, Tim Healy
