Darn good pizza

by lqxpl

We had a coupon for Rami's and decided to try something new. Thank goodness we did!

Most pizza joints seem to specialize in something (crust, toppings, sauce etc), but the pizza here was just all-around good. The crust was good, the variety of toppings was excellent, the sauce was pretty good, but the final product is one of the best pizza's I've had in a long time.

It's "the day after" and I'm currently arguing with my wife over who gets the last slice of their 'mediteranean" pizza. Fantastic.

 • Pros: Fantastic flavor, good pizza for the price
 • Cons: It is a little on the greasey side, but not excessively so.

Sorry, everything here is good.

Well, I can't vouch for whether or not other reviews were written by employees...but I can definitely say that I'm not an employee nor affiliated with Rami's Pizza in any way other than being a loyal customer. And you know what? They're damned good.

Their gyros are amazing. (You will rarely taste a better gyro anywhere.) Their calzones are to die for. And don't even get me started on the absolute amazing that is their Mediterranean specialty pizza. I don't think they have the ability to make anything bad! And, unlike some of the other chain pizza places, you can get larger sizes of pizza than you'd expect. There's your small, medium, and large, but there's also an extra large (16") and an "giant" (which happens to be 20"!). They're just a little hole in the wall sort of place, but OH what a gem they are!

The staff is always very friendly and they deliver very quickly. The prices are pretty derned fair, as well. We dumped Papa John's and Domino's for them about a year ago (after being introduced to their superiority by a good family friend) and will never go back. We keep the delivery menu tacked to the fridge door at all times.

They're excellent!

 • Pros: Nearby, friendly, good value, excellent food
 • Cons: The food can be a little greasy...but that's what you get with any fast food or pizza place.
