No Problems With Pay. I have worked for this company for 3 years and I am pretty happy.

If I every have a problem they have an open door policy and I am always able to get a response. The HR Dept is always willing to help. If you didnt get paid it was most likely an oversight you should call the payroll dept so they can fix it.

not payin your worker. they had you to write this. or you are one of the hr person, i know first hand that the workers, have not been paid the people that worked for six day for that some bullshirt and you know this is . you only been there 3yr great you just wait they will use you to they got you fooled the worker been there long to .

Working for St. Juste Management. I enjoy working for St. Juste Management. They are a respectable company with alot to offer. They just opened 2 Burger King's to make a total of 18. They plan to open more in the near future. This is definiatly the place to be if you would like to grow with a small business. I have not had any bad experiences with Robespierre or Robin and nor do I know many employees who have. I look forward to continuing my employment with St. Juste.

Manager for St. Juste. St Juste Management Corp was not in the San Antonio market in 1990. St Juste entered the San Antonio market around 2001 and when they arrived they rebuilt and remodeled 7 resturants. St. Juste Management Corp has built 5 new restuarants over the past 3 years, so i wouldnt call them cheap. They have made improvments on many of the restaurants removing the old wall paper. The new POS systems have been implemented in two of the restaurants and implementation for the rest is scheduled for the end of this year. This francisee puts a lot of the responsibility of maintaining restaurants on the RGM which is what i would expect. If you are self motivated and want to grow this is the perfect company to be with. Any issues and training are handled with urgency and respect. I like working for this company and look forward to growing with them.

So you want to work for St Juste Management Corp?. Robespierre, the owner is a very cheap man, who hasn't udated his stores since 1990. Here is how a typical store looks: wall paper falling off, tables broken and grungy from age, chipped tiles, old broken machinery, old fashioned registers (which according to BK corporation were supposed to be updated last year). Worst of all there is an enormous cricket infestation. How is one to pass the demanding OER (a BK inspection) with such a store?

Aside from the restaurants being so outdated, the General Managers never have anything considerate to say to each other, let alone to their hourlies or even crew members. The company has become such a gossip zone. Everyone is at each others throats in competition to be the best, rather than offering help and advice.

Vacationing even though paid for, is hard to get. If it is given, and you are away, your promotion is given to someone else.

The human resourse woman (Robin) doesn't adhere to internal conflicts within the restaurants.

There was/is a money ring at both the Commerce and Blanco stores.

The owner expects such great things from his stores, which of course would be expected if he hadn't set them all up for failure
