agree with the previous comment. My heart rate monitor watch should be mailed to the factory to have battery change because the casing is waterproof, but I took to Q-sterling instead and they changed battery fast and kept the waterproof quality of it. That saved me a lot of time and money.

Great with batteries and quick fixes!. I always take all my watches for battery replacement, they do a great job.

My wife has also used them to do minor repairs on her jewelry and she is always very satisfied...I always recommend them.
