The breakfast is terrible! I have eaten there for breakfast like 3 times on my way to school. I should have learned my lesson the first time. The taco's are tasteless, cold and non-authentic. I went for dinner one time and we got horrible service. I will not go back ever again. The atmosphere is nice though, maybe just to go on a date for a few drinks.

Pros: parking, bar drinks, atmosphere

Cons: breakfast is bad, service is bad

Do not mistake this location for the others. There is no comparison. I have been going here since 2001 and have never been disappointed (or when I have, I was taken care of). Anyone I've ever introduced to the McCullough location has gone back repeatedly and invited others. Now, I always order the Enchiladas de Queso with double rice (I don't like beans). I've also had the grilled fajitas (marinated expertly) and the caldo. All very delicious. Oh my God, don't even get me started on the tortillas; both flour and especially corn are delicious, great for wiping your plate clean. The Margaritas are good (not great, but good). This is great Tex-Mex food that appeals to even Mexican nationals (my friends from Monterrey love it). When I feel like staying home but hosting a nice meal I order take-out and I'm never disappointed. Simple, unpretentious, tidy, and a surprisingly great value in Olmos Park. It gets PACKED so be prepared to wait (but don't go elsewhere until you've tried this place at least once, because then you'll be one of the patrons who helps to pack the place). Also, don't be turned off my the hoity toity address; this is down home Tex-Mex. You might see a Trinity faculty member at one table, and an AC tech eating with his kids at the next.

Pros: For Food, Best Mexican Restaurant in Town, Simple and Comfortable Environment

Cons: Sodas Served in Cans, Salsa Sometimes Too Hot, Sometimes Gets Too Packed and Service Slows
