Worst location for service- what a waste. My review is based on the numerous visits over the 4 years I've lived in the neighborhood. This is the WORST Wendy's I've ever been to anywhere in the country. In short, you never get exactly what you ordered or paid for, and I'm not talking about them screwing up a personal preference (like holding or adding condiments), I'm talking about a straightforward order. You buy nuggets, they forget the sauce, you get a double, they give you a single, you get a potato, they don't give you sour cream, ask for Coke you get Dr Pepper (or vice versa), you order chicken they give you a burger because they are out of chicken (yes, they have done this, and when I called all they had to say was "Oh, sorry, but we were out of burgers so we gave you chicken.") Wouldn't they ASK if I wanted chicken?? Nope, they just throw it the bag like you won't notice. It's almost a joke-- screwing up is a rule, not the exception. I always peek in the bag to make sure all the pieces are there. Most recently, I got my bag and it actually looked correct (it even had condiments! score!) until I got it home. I tried calling for 45 minutes but their line was busy... what business keeps the lines tied up for45 minutes?? So I called the number on the bag. I was told they would call the store and the manager there would call me back. That was 2 weeks ago. For Wendy's fans, there's one a few blocks away on Blanco that hires people with more than 1/2 a brain. Don't bother with Stone Oak unless you don't mind bad service, unprofessionalism, and not getting what you ordered. :(
