Terrible food no value for the money. Long wait dirty smelly bathrooms. Disappointed more than once! But valet is free.

GREAT FOOD A BIT PRICEY. Great food service is courteous but a bit slow and prices are a bit high. Loved the you can share plates sizes and great deserts

Decadent cheesecakes and classic American cuisine makes this a popular chain.. In Short
Faux-rustic finishes and colorful light fixtures abound at this almost always crowded chain. The thick-as-a-book menu features Americanized versions of worldly cuisines--Mexican, Vietnamese, Italian, Thai--but succeeds best with American classics. Burgers are a good choice, especially the ""Roadside Sliders,"" mini burgers served as appetizers. The myriad cheesecakes are over-the-top in concept and decadence. You'll leave full, with leftovers.

Biggest plates ever!!!!. I love coming to the cheese cake factory!!! I love the atmosphere there. The food is so delicious and the plates are so big! It is definitely worth what you spend! The waiters are very nice and keep up with their tables. =) I have gone to birthdays here with families. It is very nice and I highly recommend it!!! oh and their cheesecake is awesome.

More than 30 varieties of the signature dessert make up only a part of this chain restaurant's gigantic international menu.. In Short
Oddball architecture--curving surfaces and colorful light fixtures--and thick-as-a-book menus distinguish this restaurant from other eateries. The encyclopedic menu spans the globe with enormous American interpretations of dishes like pad thai, shrimp tacos, miso salmon, pasta Milanese and a slate of appetizers, sandwiches, entrees and desserts too extensive to list. The namesake cheesecakes, ranging from original to peanut-butter-cup-fudge ripple, are over the top in both concept and decadence.

Avocado Eggrolls!. The Cheesecake Factory really needed to gain some points in my book, being in a populated mall on my first trip. After walking in, it automatically reminded me of a resturant from California. It has huge ceilings and large booths, perfect for a romantic dinner or lunch date. The menu is very large, as is the desert menu, and the drink menu. I highly recommend ordering the avocado eggrolls as an appetizer, I have never had anything so tastey. I also recommend the Bikini-Tini, which is a very tastey drink. Everything was so tastey here, even the bread that is served as you are seated. The only thing that is unattractive about this resturant is the $3 tea and the expensive entries. Sometimes the service could use touching up, but that basically depends on the day and time you visit. I must say, it really is worth every penny.

The best dessert anywhere and the best menu! I highly recommend. Service was outstanding!. This place has something for everyone, the menu is huge! Their cheesecakes are to die for and thats not all, the food and service are also top notch. I have taken my family there several times this year and have never been dissappointed, each time I try something new, I think that it will take me a couple of years to get through their menu. The ambience and decor are truly unique, if you have never been to a Cheesecake Factory, you need to go. The staff and managment have shown nothing but true hospitality when we have been there.

Long serving time, uncooked salmon, is that sanitize practice?. I must clearify this rating is ONLY for SA location; The Houston Galleria Location deserves 10 stars! When SA location first opened, we waited at least 40 min AFTER we place our order, only to find a manager inform us the server 'forgot' to give kitchen our order. How can you forgot party of 8's order, but still come to serve second round of bread!? We just paid our drink's tab and left b/c manager said we have to wait an Additonal 20~30 min for our food!

We decide to put it in the past since it was their grand opening week; as restaurnts owners, we understand things usually gets crazy during the grinding period.

The most recent visit really pushed my bottons. It was weekday afternoon, as usual the manager came to appoligize for the 20 min wait time. I ordered stake&salmon combo, the stake was rm temperature, welldone, certainly not the Med. i asked for; salmon had a burned crust, w/first cut, i discover the inside was cold and RAW!

When the wait staff return the 'corrected' plate, i found the stake was reheated into rock hard jerky, my salmon was over cooked and HALF the size b/c the cheif 'trimmed' the part i cut off, as well as the sdies.

Was it right to put the salmon back on gril after it's been partly consumed? What if i carry disease that can spread by syliva? Will the chief replace the knife, tongs, fork, spoon that's used to reheat the salmon & garnish to new plate?

their manager respond "it is NOT uncommon for our salmon tobe uncooked, plus our grill temperature is 500 degrees, so it will destory all the bacterias" obvisouly u noticed the trend of salmon, but still did nothing to improve the situation? A sick kitchen staff can still handle food because the grill kills the bacterias in their caugh/mucus?

That manager even hinted us there's 'no free food' when he conclude we didn't have $, did he not c the 100 bill on table!? Even near by customer shake their head in disbelieve of such horrible and rude manager.

Something great for everyone. High-quality food. Wide, wide variety on the menu: deciding what to order is the hardest part. Great service. Great bread to start things out. I've never been disappointed with what I've ordered. Usually busy, but you don't normally have to wait too long. Free valet parking.

Superb!!!. Wonderful!! truly fabulous! The food was incredible, our server Daniel was extremely attentive, even when swamped with other tables. Prices were very reasonable, and who could forget .... The CHEESECAKE!? A must!
