Tips for Cobblestone Shoe Hospital

February 07, 2013

Avoid this place at all costs. The service is outright rude and terrible - the local manager Jesus seems to hate people. Both times that I've been to the place I was treated like garbage, and worse.

Last time they refused to honor my Groupon (that I had paid for, totally valid) and gave me attitude. Other customers witnessing the way this Jesus person was treating me left immediately.

Awful beyond words. Take your money somewhere else.

Pulled out my strappy rhinestone heals and inspected them to make sure they were still in good shape, they looked great with the exception of one heal tab had cracked. I took them to this shop to get fixed and had to wait several days for him to put a new tab on both shoes. When I picked them up today I immediately noticed 3 stones missing and a strap separated. The shop owner hooked the strap back on (but didn't bother to close the ring), said "I'm sorry Ms. Smith, I'll give you a discount on the repairs" then suggested I go to Hobby Lobby to look for replacement stones. I heard him overtell another customer that he is so busy that he can't remember any of his customers, he won't need to remember me, I won't be back. Anyone know of a GOOD shoe repair shop who can fix the damages?

I had a pair of Munro boots I honestly believed were beyond saving. Terry and the good folks at Cobblestone Shoe Hospital made them look brand new. You can't go wrong entrusting your shoes and boots to them!

San Antonio Best Shoe Repairs. This shoe hospital does absolutely incredible work!! My husband was not happy with a previous shoe repair that we were using so I tried Cobblestone. We just needed new heels on a pair of his shoes but also opted to have the reconditioning done . The shoes look brand new. They even packaged them as new when they had completed their work. Each toe was stuffed with paper and each shoe was individually wrapped and then placed in the bag for pickup. WOW!! These people truly go above and beyond and the results are fantastic.

They know shoes!. Our puppy chewed my girlfriends work heels, and she was devastated. The shoes were very expensive and the heels were completely torn to shreds. I took them over to Terry at cobblestone, and he looked at both pairs and he told me he would do what he can, but they may not look perfect. I went to pick up the shoes two weeks later, and Terry pulled them out of the box, and I saw he lied. The shoes looked brand new! Def. will take the rest of the pairs our yorkie managed to get his teeth on.
