Yummy. I eat here at least once a week. Super good food and the people are really nice. I recommend the pork sandwich with vegetable (it comes with jalapeno, cilantro, cucumber and shredded carrot), the bun(vermicelli) dishes and their spring rolls. Everything I've had here has been delicious.

Very Clean Great Food. A place you don't have to worry about cleanliness ... The food is very good. One suggestion, is you need larger Imperial egg rolls, and you should serve them with lettuce leaves, and basil.

Good Pho. I go to Saigon Express every now and then for the Pho. I would go more often but I feel it's priced a little too high for what you get.

The waitstaff good be a little friendlier. They're not rude or anything but they're just not "Texas" friendly.

One time the owner came out and talked to group of us about how he makes his Pho...that was pretty cool.
