Diners build their own stir-fry from five main ingredients--including meat, poultry and seafood--and eight different sauces, such as the spicy Kung Pao with Asian dry-chili peppers. Three kinds of rice and six types of noodle options accompany each dish. The fieriest of traditional favorites is the Thai pepper shrimp served with baby corn, bell pepper, onion, cilantro and bean spouts in a hot pepper sauce.
