Based on a referral from an old friend. Based on a referral from an old friend, I first used Pegasus to clean the carpets in the house I moved into when I came back to San Antonio. They completely removed all existing pet odor from the previous owner's cats and were extremely professional. I have Pegasus do my carpets annually, because I know I can count on receiving solid service. Also, my mother has had them clean two rugs and had them remove a stain that was in one. She is very particular about her stuff and said they were very gentle with the older rug. Overall, I have to give this one 5 stars because of consistent, superior service!!…
I would definitely call Pegasus again.... I woke up the other morning to find throw up all over the living room carpet. My little dog tutti was sick and I discovered this a little to late. I got a hold of Pegasus because I had used another company in the past, and I was just never quite satisfied with the results.. Pegasus told me that the acid in the vomit might stain the carpet permanently, if we didn't get it out quickly. After a mild pet treatment to the carpet and a thorough steam cleaning... The carpet was back to normal and smelled amazing. I don't normally write reviews. I would definitely call Pegasus again...…
