Blonde? Must see Katie! :). Two weeks ago I went to Toni&Guy and Katie colored my hair for the first time. She sat me down, asked me exactly what I was looking for, gave suggestions, then worked her magic! It took some time for my color to process but well worth it. Katie was super nice and attentive. My hair was looking dull and overly gold, but I left with some rockin' blonde highlights. She suggested I see Robert for my cut so I went back the next weekend. I have really long hair but people always manage to mess up my hair cut...not Robert, he did a great job! I'll be back to see Katie and Robert again. All you blondes in San Antonio, you guys should do the same!

Excellent Hair Salon. I have been going to Toni & Guy since Feb 2009 and I absolutely LOVE this place. Melinda is amazing and always knows exactly what I want. The staff is always friendly. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

LOVE THIS PLACE!!!. I have been going to Toni & Guy Northstar since Feb. 2009 and I will NOT go anywhere else!!! Roni used to be my hairdresser but she moved. Now I use Sandra and I go at least twice a month her her to style it. just because!!! She is AMAZING and truly makes me feel BEAUTIFUL!!!

Worst hair salon EVER!!. I have never had a worst experience in my whole life..As I read all the good reviews I can't help but think the people that wrote them are writing about the wrong place, if you want the best hair cut and color go to Visible Changes I promise you won't be disappointed.. No I don't work for them..you see I have been going to visible changes for 10 years i got my haircut there once and they gave me a hair style that looked like joe dirt with a perm my husband wanted to take the stylist to court yes it was that bad, then a couple of years later I needed my hair done for my bachlorette party and Visible Changes did not have any appointments right away so thanks to these misleading reviews I went to Toni & Guy thinking that maybe since it was a different Toni & Guy and a different stylist it would be ok I mean they charge so much they had to have some decent stylist..I wanted to look EXTRA PRETTY II asked for Kim Kardashian curls and I came out looking like Screech from Saved by the Bell!! So I complained and the manager had another stylist redo my hair they didn't even wash it out they just recurled with all the hairspray still in it, it felt so nasty my hair looked so horrible I was mortified. Then that same year My best friend did the same thing she needed a haircut and I begged her and pleaded with her not to get it there but she thought it would be ok I mean surely a place that charges that much money would do a great job ummm NOT! she had beautiful long hair all the way down to her lower back and she said she wanted something different they chopped her hair it looked like they used a weed wacker and I don't mean a chic edgy style I mean helmet head looking both her and I cried I couldn't even look at her without feeing soooo bad I didnt even have the heart to tell her I told you so..please take my advice don't go there get your money and go to Visible Changes or anywhere else I try to warn everyone I know I wish I would have written here sooner.

Sandra - Amazing!!!. 'Perfectionist' doesn't even begin to describe how particular I am about my hair.

My mom has owned a shop (another city) for the last 30 years. I know an amazing stylist, and Sandra definitely knocks it out of the park.

I have very fine hair; every single cut will show if not done properly. Sandra gives a gorgeous cut every time. Her talent, patience and consistency has earned her a customer for life.

Best Hairstyling!. Love Toni and Guy! I have been getting my hair cut, colored and styled for 6 years and I will continue for the next 6 years plus!! Kat Cordero is my main hairstylist and she is great! She not only cuts my hair but also educates me on how to take care of my hair and style properly.

Toni and guy envirtoment is very friendly and helpful, I have recieved nothing but great smiles and awesome haircuts!

Repeat Customer. I have been getting my hair cut with Kat Cordero at Toni & Guy - North Star Mall location - for quite some time now. She continues to keep me looking my best and the customer service is great - friendly, professional, timely. I'm a repeat customer for good reason... my stylist is the best I've found!

Thank Heavens for HATS!. Worst haircut of my life. At the so-called stylist's request I offered to be a model. He butchered my hair to the point that I have to go to another salon to see if they can possibly repair any of the damage done. Unfortunately, he left very little hair to work with - especially at the crown WHERE YOU CAN SEE MY SCALP!! No apologies, no offer from the Toni and Guy Salon to try to camouflage the mess. I will never go back there again and I am spreading the word to everyone to stay away.
