bad. bad,bad,bad customer service... the man that did my nails cut 3 of my fingers with the electric file machine... then he continued to be ugly about me tensing up (well stop making me bleed and i wont be tense, jerk) he also kept picking at my thumb cause a hair from the brush stuck in the powder so when he was done that nail was soooo ugly and had 5 bubbles in it.. when i went in and told the owner lady (who i later found out was the bad nail guys wife) she was the rudest woman and refused me a refund even with the 3 bloody scabby fingers... i will never go there again... walmart does better nails for cheaper!!!!!!

Owners were awesome, one of their employees was not!!. I wish I could remember my techs name however, she was Hispanic and in her 40's. Went for a pedicure and she could not have been less interested in working. She was speaking in Spanish to one of her co-workers a majority of the time she was working on my nails. That wouldn't an issue barring the fact that she was talking very poorly about the woman sitting next to me who was probably in her late 70's. Come on...her bad for being ignorant enough to assume other people could understand her. Shame on her for being so rude!! She called the woman a dumb ass and that is unacceptable! After doing a poor job on my nails, the owner was kind enough to make it right and fixed them herself...I would never got back but, that is taking responsibility!!
