We Bought Four Laptops in Three Years – We liked the first one so well, we bought another. Over the next couple of years, we bought two more. The first one and the last one had various problems with the hardware that were handled with great courtesy by the staff. Since we bought the computers there, labor was at no charge. I tell my friends to go there for discounts on computers, and great service.
For Dell Repairs, Don't take it there... – Do not take your dell notebook in for repair if you're getting a blue screen. They will charge you a hefty $50 to run a hardware diagnostic test, which you can do yourself. If your stop error ends in D1, it more than likely is a driver, or system error and not a hardware error (that is what they don't tell you at Mr. N). Research your stop error message online through dell support, and microsoft...by the time I got ahold of the internet through another machine, I had already taken it in for a diagnostic check.
After the fact that they have already charged $50, for something they should've know wasn't the case...I mean c'mon they do this day in and out, its not like its new to them...they will "recommend" you to restore your system at a price of $90+, but what they dont tell you is that on certain notebooks like inspiron, you can do it for free.
Press and hold control, and when the dell sreen come on, press F11, which will take to to a screen where you can restore you system to when you first got it, of course this will delete current files like documents,and pictures so it is important you back them up first. Hope this info will save someone a minimum of $140+ for this system error, unfortunately it cost me $50.

Computers with great customer service. – We have purchased several computers from Mr. Notebook and have always had courteous, professional service. Mr. Notebook stands behind their products and have gone above and beyond for even the most minor technical difficulties. I have referred several friends and family to Mr. Notebook all of whom have been very pleased with the service and the prices.
Great Service! – My Dell laptop was purchased there by a friend who I bought it from. He had taken it there for a serious problem and I picked it up for him. I noted the thoroughness of the description of the services performed and the reasonable price and made a mental note to bring it back there if I ever had a problem. It was out of warranty, I had been using it only about 2 weeks, and one day I pushed the power button and nothing happened. My desktop had just died and I was about to panic. I called these guys up and told them what happened. I took it in, and they had it fixed in 20 seconds! (No exaggeration!) Sure, it was a simple problem, but they could have kept it a day and charged me a standard service fee. They did not charge me a penny, and they made sure I saw what caused the problem (loose internal connection) and how I could fix it myself if it ever happened again. The staff was courteous, attentive and knowledgeable. Nowadays it's tough to find service like that anywhere on anything. I would not hesitate to recommmend them to anyone, and have done so.
