Parent's funeral & burial. My parents passed away within 24 hrs of each other, they had pre-arrangments with Funeral Caring Usa to include burial at Ft. Sam in San Antonio... staff was very efficient, funeral, viewing, caskets and floral handled very well. They provided a dignified service, even having a local parson to say a few words, as well as handling all military paperwork and getting burial on Ft. Sam burial schedule in a very short time. ** recommended**

Grandparents Viewing. Although yes it may have been in an Industrial building next door to commercial business, Funeral Caring USA inside was very peaceful, quiet and very welcoming. The employees were very helpful and the set up for viewing my grandparents was lovely. The Caskets, the flowers, the details were done appropriately and so very nice. Thank You and God Bless those at Funeral Caring USA.

work experience ever. My father in law recently passed away and the family had the memorial service at Funeral Caring on loop 410 in San Antonio. I was mortified by the entire experience. First of all the facility is in an industrial buiding which is very cold, very impersonal. The inside was first of all filthy, there was no lobby to greet your family and friends. The room where the memorial service was held was cold and sterile looking and certainly not soothing or comfortable. My father in law certainly deserved a more dignified send off and I would never recommend this facility for anyone.

Father's Funeral. Unexpected death, no prearranged services, out of town immediate relatives, and last minute burial change...BUT this location Funeral Caring provided us with the most incredible funeral service my father could ever have imagined. He was richly honored at their perfect viewing and services room. The casket, added at the very last minute, was both handsome and affordable. The 3 floral arrangements they created were of the most highest quality and reasonable price. We hope to use Funeral Caring again as we plan our mother's passing here in San Antonio and her final resting place in Huntington Beach, California. Bless you Funeral Caring for all you do to assist families during their heart felt time of loss.
