Customer Service Success = Apartments Now San Antonio. I was in need to find a place to live in San Antonio, Tx due to accepting a job offer in San Antonio. I currently reside in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. I was in a bit of a time crunch to say the least when I was referred to Apartments Now by one of the many apartment communities I had called on my own. Apparently, San Antonio is a much larger city than I realize. I was referred to agent Brad M, who was a tremendous help. Once I started the apartment search with Brad, he was very professional and quick to respond to my inquiries, questions, and concerns. He also kept my safety concerns an utmost priority, which speaks volumes of the caliber of not only himself, but also Apartments Now as a business! With me not being able to physically be in San Antonio, I had to really utilize the internet for pictures, and reviews, and etc. Brad was able to send me additional pictures of the property and basically be the liaison between the apartment community and myself. About 1 hour ago today, I sent a message to Brad stating that I was freaking out because I hadn't heard from the apartment agent yet to find out if I actually got the apartment or not, Brad made a phone call for me, and said they'd be calling me shortly, and everything looked good. Within minutes, I received a phone call from the leasing agent, and guess what?!?!?! I have my new home in San Antonio, Tx.

There is no way I could've done this search without the help of a trained professional. Not only is Apartments Now/Their Agents/Brad M professional, but they take your concerns, wants, needs, and etc into consideration. They don't just place you somewhere to fulfill their own hidden agendas. I started the process with Brad on the 10th of April, and 9 days later I have a new place to live! What more can I say??!? DEFINITELY UTILIZE APARTMENTS NOW!!! YOU WON'T GO WRONG!!!!

ASK FOR CLAY, HE IS THE BEST BY FAR!!!!!!. I contacted Apartments Now via online and within 5 minutes Clay Schumacher called me back to schedule an appointment with me. I met with him the next day and from the moment I walked in the doors, he took care of me. I told him my situation with my credit and other problems I was having while trying to find an apartment and he reassured me that he could help me. He immedatiely was on the phone calling apartments to tell them my situation and about 10 min later we were off to go see the apartment complex that was willing to work with me. Needless to say, I ended up signing a 14 month lease with a great remolded apartment complex that is under new management. It is great location to my job and just the right price. If it wasnt for Clay and his ability to take control of the situation and help me find this place, I would still be looking for a place to live. Apartments Now should be thankful they have a great employee like Clay who promises to take care of his clients and go about and beyond the call of duty to make sure they are satisifed. I will defintaley be recommening Clay to any of my friends! Thanks Clay!

Fast apartment's. I used Clay Schumacher from Apartments Now!! He was GREAT!!! I told him what i wanted & He picked the perfect places for me to look at. I chose the second place he showed me!!!! I defiantly recommend CLAY SCHUMACHER FROM APARTMENTS NOW!

Great Service, Personable Agent. We tried looking for an apartment on our own and were really happy that we went with apartments now. Our agent was Clay Shumacher and he did an excellent job in finding an apartrment to fit our needs, and it only took one day! He was very knowledgeable about the different complexes and the areas we were searching in. All in all, great service, and we highly recommend Clay as an agent.

Fantastic Service. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Brad Mayers with Apartments Now. Thanks to him I was able to find a beautiful apartment in a safe community for my daughter and I to live. During the search he kept me informed of specials each complex was having and, based on his experience, which one would be the best fit. One of the biggest things he did to help was keep my young daughter entertained while I reviewed paperwork! I cannot wait to move in to my new place. Thanks so much Brad!

APARTMENTS NOW, SAN ANTONIO. much thanks to Lorenzo Gonzales of Apartments Now for helping us find a suitable apartment for my daughter !! With his knowledge and expertise, apartment hunting was a breeze. He pre printed lists of apartments which made it extremely easy. He took us to see the apartments himself. Had we searched on our own, it would of taken at least a week. We found our dream apartment in one day !!He knows the apartment industry like the back of his hand and showed us safe, clean, friendly , economical apartments! I truly recommend these services, ask for Lorenzo! thank you so much, you saved us time and money and gave this mother a peace of heart !!

Great, fast service!!!. I tried another apartment finding service and all they did was send me a couple of names of complexes with no followup call, etc. Then a co-worker recommended Apartments Now and I was VERY pleased with their service! I explained my situation (financially, etc) and Audra found me something within an hour of contacting them. She also met me at the complex to show me the apartment and I signed a lease that day! I am so glad I used this service and would highly recommend it to anyone! :-)

Real, Down to Earth Service!. I am simply amazed at how fast I was able to get results for exactly what I wanted! I wasted so much time looking online when I should have just gone to Apartments Now! I worked with Matthew Slinkard. He was quick, honest, and listened to what I was looking for. I was in and out within 30-45 minutes! Matt was kind enough to follow up with me and update me on new places I might like. Over all, the service was WAY beyond what I expected for a FREE service. I recommend anyone to go here first before wasting your time looking yourself.

Moving? Call Audra Now!. Apartments Now is the BEST apartment locator in San Antonio. My agent was Audra and she was better than amazing. Responded quickly, listened to all my needs and took everything I needed/wanted and made it happen. Despite my twenty questions I asked daily she never acted like I was wasting her time or was a problem to her. Within two days of contacting her, I signed my lease and the stress was gone. Without Audra we wouldn't have found such a great property at a great price! Don't go anywhere else, she's the real deal!
